Dr. Nadine Eggimann Zanetti

Nadine Eggimann is a personality psychologist with many years of expertise in management diagnostics and training.

As a member of the board of Swiss Assessment and as a psychologist with a doctorate, Nadine Eggimann combines striving for quality with scientific curiosity in her work.

Together with Peter Stöckli, she is responsible for conducting and evaluating various assessment centres for the Swiss Armed Forces at the Military Academy at ETH Zurich. She is also a lecturer in industrial and organisational psychology and research methods at the Distance Learning University of Applied Sciences Switzerland.

Her research focuses on positive psychology, value culture in companies and how personal values can affect negotiation behaviour.

In her private life, she always looks forward to being out in the fresh air with her lively family, be it in her garden, in the forest or in the Grisons mountains.

Dr. Peter Stöckli

Peter Stöckli is a business psychologist with many years of expertise in management diagnostics and negotiation training.

He runs various assessment centres for the Swiss Armed Forces at the Military Academy at ETH Zurich, and at the Office of the Attorney General in Zurich he is in charge of conducting assessments with a focus on negotiation skills, among other things.

He also lectures on research methods at the ETH Zurich, and at the Distance Learning University of Applied Sciences Switzerland he serves as co-department head of economic research and lecturer in negotiation and research methods. His research focuses on perceptual processes in negotiation situations.

In his private life, he enjoys meeting friends, travelling and mountain biking.

Dipl.-Psych. Julian Ebert

Julian Ebert is a psychologist with many years of experience in making organisations safer with the help of sound personnel diagnostics and event analyses.

He is very familiar with assessment centres as a candidate, developer, assessor, researcher and specialist author. He has been responsible for the quality assurance of internally conducted and externally purchased assessments and has negotiated major contracts with assessment service providers.

As a lecturer in research methods, he also has a clear understanding of methodologically serious empirical research and can convey content in a way that is relevant to the target group.

M. Sc. Yannik Escher

Yannik Escher is a psychologist with expertise in assessment centers and empirical negotiation research. He held a leading position in the emergency psychology department of the Swiss Armed Forces and worked as a consultant in various assessment centers.

He is doing his doctorate at Leuphana University in Lüneburg and researches at the Chair of Business and Social Psychology on various influencing factors in negotiations and in particular on the diagnostics of negotiation competence. He also teaches business psychology and negotiation management at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg and works as a research assistant on negotiation training in virtual reality (VR).

As a doctoral student and enthusiastic researcher, Yannik Escher contributes significantly to the empirical foundation and anchoring of our offerings with his scientific approach and analytical thinking. Lic. iur. Cédric Stingelin

Cédric Stingelin is a lawyer, founder and owner of Optravis, which has become the global market leader in Software as a Service for operational transfer pricing solutions.

In his role at Optravis, he is involved in complex negotiations with large global corporations and is also responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment.

Before founding Optravis, he worked as a consultant at PwC and as Global Head of Transfer Pricing at the chemical company Clariant, where he gained extensive experience in international negotiation and decision-making processes.

In his private life, he can often be found running in the woods, and when he is travelling, he takes great pleasure in searching for the best street food together with friends.

Dr. Andreas Eckert

Andreas Eckert holds a doctorate in law and has been Chief Public Prosecutor for many years. During his thirteen years in this position, he was also significantly involved in the recruitment of new employees and managers and contributed his extensive knowledge in various assessments as an assessor. Most recently, as Chief Public Prosecutor, he had overall responsibility for around 450 employees.
 
In addition to his work at the Zurich Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, Andreas Eckert was also involved in promoting young legal talent and taught criminal law and criminal procedure law at the University of Zurich for several years.
 
In his private life, Andreas Eckert finds balance in sport, especially tennis, and enjoys the varied natural surroundings of the Bernese Oberland.
 
With his proven experience, Andreas Eckert is an ideal addition to our Advisory Board. He will not only shape the content of our assessments in the legal field, but will also provide valuable support as an experienced assessor.

Prof. Dr. David Loschelder

David Loschelder is Professor of Economic and Social Psychology at the University of Lüneburg.

For about 15 years he has been researching (mis)success factors, decisions and psychological perceptions in negotiations. Research stays have taken him to the business schools Columbia, Berkeley and Stanford (USA), INSEAD (France) and Victoria (New Zealand).

Together with his team, he teaches on negotiation in the Bachelor and Master in Lüneburg and teaches the module “Negotiation and Bargaining” for (Executive) M.B.A. students at the London Business School (Campus Dubai and London).

In practical trainings and workshops with European managers of UEFA (in Nyon), former professional footballers and with employees on the topic of salary, he enthusiastically transfers 5-6 decades of research into applied practice.

In his private life, he and his family are always drawn to the mountains – for climbing, snowboarding, road cycling, swimming or hiking.

Prof. Dr. Alice J. Lee

Alice Lee is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior in the ILR School at Cornell University in Ithaca NY. As an enthusiastic researcher and lecturer, specializing in areas such as negotiations and social processes, she contributes to our scientific foundation.

Her research explores the dynamics of social influence, where one person makes an overture toward another in the hopes of achieving a particular economic or subjective outcome, such as asking a colleague for help or seeking a concession from a negotiation counterpart. Her focus goes beyond the objective outcomes to understand the social gains and losses that emerge from an influence attempt in negotiations, including its effects on long-term relationships and reputations.

She is deeply passionate about pursuing research and sharing knowledge on negotiations. She teaches various courses on this subject at both the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels at Cornell University and is a member of the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution.

Prof. Dr. iur. JEAN-PAUL VUILLIÉTY

Jean-Paul Vulliéty is a full professor of business and contract law at the University of Geneva and a lawyer in Geneva.

After 25 years as a partner with Lalive AG, an internationally renowned Geneva-based law firm specializing in dispute resolution, he is now Senior Counsel with Des Gouttes & Associés in Geneva, a smaller law firm that is also very active internationally in the areas of business law and commercial dispute resolution. As an attorney, he advises companies in complex international negotiations and he has rich expertise as arbitrator and counsel in commercial arbitrations.

He also publishes regularly in legal journals and, as a militia officer, is involved in various Swiss Army assessment centers as a moderator and assessor for the selection of professional officers and candidates to a career in the general staff.

In his private life, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his three children who are currently studying at universities in Switzerland and abroad.

Dr. Fiorina Giuliani

Fiorina Giuliani is a psychologist with expertise in three distinct fields: personality psychology, diagnostics, and positive psychology.

She works as a research associate at the Swiss Armed Forces Competence Center for Assessment Centers, where she is responsible for organizing, conducting, and evaluating various assessment centers for military leadership selection. In addition, she leads assessment centers as a moderator and assessor in German, English, and French.

In addition to that, she teaches positive psychology at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences, quantitative and qualitative research methods at the UniDistance Suisse, and supervises various theses at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Her research focuses on the development of measurement methods and training programs related to identifying strengths, and she investigates leadership styles, entrepreneurship, career success, values and virtues, and character strengths.

In her private life, she volunteers as the president of the Swiss Society for Positive Psychology, intending to promote the exchange of research, science, and practical applications of positive psychology within society. She enjoys spending time in nature with friends, exploring different cultures while traveling, and is a passionate violinist.

Dr. Hannes Petrowsky

Hannes Petrowsky is an economist and got his PhD in business psychology. He is engaged in teaching in Bachelor’s and Master’s programs on the topic of negotiation and research at Leuphana University in Lüneburg.

In his doctoral thesis in the field of negotiations, he investigated the effect of initial offers and various negotiation tactics on negotiation success. His research has been published in renowned international scientific journals such as the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences or the Journal of Economic Psychology, and he regularly presents at national and international conferences. In his private life, he enjoys meeting friends, visiting good restaurants or running in nature.

In addition, he teaches in Bachelor’s and Master’s programs on the topic of negotiation and enthusiastically transfers the findings from research into practice. With his broad experience with workshops and trainings in organizations, and with his distinctive research profile, he fits ideally with Eggimann Stöckli & Partner.

M. Sc. Annik Strauch

Annik Strauch is a psychologist in the field of work and organizational psychology with a focus on leadership and negotiation psychology as well as assessment centers. She is currently doing her doctorate as a scholarship holder at Leuphana University Lüneburg, where she is researching ghost negotiations and top sharing as a special form of co-leadership.

Before her international Master’s program with a research focus at Maastricht University, the Universidad de Valencia, and Leuphana University Lüneburg, she worked as HR Manager and HR Business Partner for a large corporation. At Eggimann Stöckli & Partner, she supports us in keeping the assessment and development centers and negotiation training courses up to date with the latest scientific findings, as well as developing and adapting them to individual practical needs. At the same time, she conducts assessment centers in German and English as an assessor and negotiation training courses as a trainer. Her professional experience and scientific expertise enable her to optimize the interface between science and practice at Eggimann Stöckli & Partner.

Annik feels comfortable in international contexts and therefore also enjoys traveling privately, both intercontinental and within Europe – the combination of city and nature is what makes the trick.

M. Sc. Chantal Utzinger

Chantal Utzinger is a psychologist with expertise in three different subject areas: Leadership behavior, assessment centers and sports psychology.
 
She is an external PhD candidate at the University of Zurich and conducts research in effective leader communication. In her doctoral thesis, she is investigating which communication techniques leaders can use to achieve a positive impact on employees.
 
As part of her work as a research assistant at the Competence Center for Assessment Centers of the Swiss Armed Forces, she organizes and evaluates various assessment centers. At the same time, she works as an assessor in German and French-speaking assessment centers.
 
She has been active in sports since her childhood and still pursues this passion today. This is why she works part-time as a sports psychologist and devotes her free time to her new hobby (beach) volleyball.
